			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You know those messy intractable problems that just seem to get in the way and make us feel like we&#8217;re carrying something unpleasant around with us?  Sometimes talking things through with a trusted friend can help.  Your friend is likely to support you and offer advice perhaps.   A coach is different.  They will offer a balance of support and challenge and have the tools to help you get unstuck this time and make you ever more resourceful for the next time.  The International Coaching Federation have published their 2012 Global Study which shows that coaching is still a growing profession because people are better able to evidence the return on investment and expectation it provides.</p>
